Several Ways to Pay. Pick What Works for You.
Self-pay
Simple, clear, and quoted up front. You'll know exactly what your care costs before anything begins, and the number you hear is the number you pay. No claim forms, no waiting on an insurance company's decision, no bill turning up months later for something you thought was settled. A lot of our patients who have insurance choose this anyway, because it's cleaner and on a high-deductible plan it's often cheaper.
In-house payment arrangements
If paying for a full course of care at once doesn't work right now, it doesn't have to. We'll break your care plan into monthly payments built around what you can actually handle. No credit application, no third party, no interest — it's arranged right here with us. We fit the plan to your budget instead of asking your budget to stretch to the plan.
CareCredit financing
For larger treatment plans, CareCredit offers healthcare financing with interest-free options on qualifying amounts. It takes a few minutes to apply, you'll usually know right away, and you can do the whole thing from your phone. Our front desk will walk you through it if you'd rather not do it alone.
And if none of those quite fit — say so. Thirty years in this community has taught us that everybody's situation is their own. We've built arrangements around fixed incomes, seasonal work, single-income households, and families going through a hard stretch. Ask us. The worst thing that happens is we find something that works.
You'll Know What It Costs Before You Start
Your first visit is a complimentary consultation — no charge, no commitment. We'll listen to what's going on, examine you, and tell you honestly whether we can help. If we can, we'll lay out what we recommend and exactly what it costs, and you decide from there. Nothing begins until you've seen the number and said yes to it.
And if what we recommend is more than you're comfortable with, tell us straight. There's almost always another version that works — a different pace, a payment arrangement, a shorter first course of care. We'd much rather get you started on something than watch you walk out with nothing.

We run two offices in Pearland and they work a little differently. Here's which is which, so you can pick the one that fits.
Town Center Pearland

This is our insurance-based office. We're in network with a number of major plans, we handle the claims and the paperwork, and we'll go over your coverage and your costs with you when you're here. Bring your card and we'll take care of the rest.
Old Town Pearland

Our Old Town office is a self-pay practice, and that's a deliberate choice. No insurance company deciding how many visits you're allowed. No denials. No surprise bill three months after the fact. You get a flat rate you know in advance, more time with your doctor, and payment arrangements whenever you need them.
Not sure which one you want? Call either number. If the other office is the better fit for you, we'll tell you so — even when it means sending you down the road.
Insurance We Work With
At our Town Center location we're in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Medicare Part B, and the VA for eligible veterans through community care — along with a number of other plans.
Insurance networks change, and two people holding the same carrier's card can have completely different coverage. So rather than guess from a list: give us a call with your plan and we'll tell you where you stand. It takes a couple of minutes and there's no obligation on either end.
And if it turns out we're not in network with your plan, that's not the end of the conversation. Between self-pay rates and the payment arrangements above, we'll find you a number that works. Being out of network with an insurance company has never meant somebody couldn't be treated here.
HSA and FSA cards are welcome at both locations. Chiropractic care is a qualified medical expense, so your pre-tax dollars work here whether insurance is involved or not.
Injured in a car accident?
Your care is typically covered through the auto claim rather than your health insurance, and in most cases there's no out-of-pocket cost to you at all. We do this every day, we coordinate directly with attorneys and adjusters, and we can usually get you seen the same day.
