    Services FAQs

Common questions about chiropractic adjustments, spinal decompression, shockwave therapy, MLS laser therapy, and rehabilitation.

What happens during a chiropractic adjustment?

A chiropractic adjustment is designed to improve joint motion, reduce restriction, and support better function. At Premier Chiropractic, adjustments are recommended based on your exam findings, symptoms, health history, goals, and any necessary X-rays when clinically appropriate.

    When is shockwave therapy recommended?

Shockwave therapy may be recommended for certain chronic soft-tissue problems, tendon pain, plantar fasciitis, shoulder pain, knee tendon pain, hip bursitis, or stubborn pain patterns. The doctor will determine whether it fits your condition after an evaluation, which may include any necessary X-rays when clinically appropriate.

When might MLS laser therapy be used?

MLS laser therapy may be used to help reduce inflammation, support tissue healing, and improve pain or mobility for certain conditions. It may be recommended by itself or as part of a broader care plan.

Why would rehabilitation be included with chiropractic care?

Adjustments can help restore motion, while rehabilitation helps improve strength, stability, coordination, and function. Combining both can support better long-term results when the exam shows that weakness or movement problems are part of the issue.
